how is the non smoking going?
i've stopped 7 months ago,if you can stop for a week you can stop forever,i was one of the worst smokers ever...ask rene!

I have now been without a smokes for about two weeks now. I feel really good about it and I do plan to continue as a non-smoker.
Sure i did ruin a few paintings because i could not consentrate, but in generally its been much easier than i thought it would be. :D

since i stopped smoking i paint twice as fast,don't have to stop for a fag break all the time...
Thats a good point Rob, its a real time waster on both ends. Hopefully i live a bit longer and paint that "good one" someday. :D
